About Character

Edgar is a secondary character in the story. Becca's grandfather, Edgar, is a simple farmer with a simple character. Through his grandfather's style and his habit of silently smoking a pipe and staring into space, it seemed to Becca that he was often thinking about something very deep, although most of the time Edgar was simply enjoying life.
